• Timely Payments: Payments for water refilling and delivery services must be made promptly upon receipt of services. Payment methods will be communicated during the order process.
• Container Maintenance: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the containers provided for refilling are clean and in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse refilling services for containers that do not meet health and safety standards.

4. Delivery Services

• Delivery Area: Our delivery services are currently available within Sitio Centro Lisap Bongabong Oriental Mindoro and nearby areas. Specific delivery zones will be communicated during order placement.
• Delivery Times: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the time frame agreed upon. However, delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or the customer’s unavailability, the customer may be charged for a second delivery attempt.

5. Water Quality

We are committed to providing high-quality, purified drinking water. Our water undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets safety standards. However, we do not assume responsibility for contamination or issues arising after the water has been delivered and is in the customer’s possession.

6. Refunds and Returns

• Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided if the service is not delivered as promised, due to a fault on our part, and if the complaint is made within 24 hours of receiving the service.
• Returns: We do not accept returns of water products once they have been delivered unless there is a proven defect in the quality of the water.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M&C Springfresh Water Refilling Station shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
